Fixed, transparent fees

At GME Audit, our fees are fixed and agreed in advance: no hourly billing and no surprises at year end. The prices below are our starting rates, excluding VAT. Your final quote depends on the volume of your activity and the services you choose. It is sent to you free of charge within one business day.

Fees by type of business

• Micro-entrepreneur (sole trader): €150 excl. VAT per month

• Sole proprietorship under the standard tax regime: from €180 excl. VAT per month

• SAS, SASU, SARL or EURL with low activity: from €180 excl. VAT per month

• SAS, SASU, SARL or EURL with significant activity: quote on request

• SCI (property company) subject to income tax: from €100 excl. VAT per month

• Furnished rental (LMNP): from €600 excl. VAT per year

• Payroll: €30 excl. VAT per payslip

• Company formation: from €400 excl. VAT, plus registry and legal notice fees

• Contribution auditor (commissaire aux apports): from €1,500 excl. VAT

What affects the price

The fee depends on a few simple factors: the number of invoices and bank transactions, your VAT regime, whether you have employees, annual corporate legal work (approval of accounts), foreign currency transactions and the state of your books when we take over. We explain each line in the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices are shown excluding VAT. French VAT at 20% is added.

Is there a set-up fee?
Not if your books are up to date. If they are late or incomplete, the cost of bringing them up to date is shown separately in the quote, before you commit.

How is the price for an SAS or SARL calculated?
It mainly depends on the volume of documents to process and the services you choose (payroll, corporate legal work, specific filings). For a company with few transactions, fees start at €180 excl. VAT per month. Beyond that, we prepare a tailored quote.

Can I switch accountants during the year?
Yes. We help you with the handover of your file from your previous firm.

Does company formation include official fees?
No. The package starting at €400 excl. VAT covers our fees. Registry and legal notice fees are charged on top, at cost.
